Stephen Stills has taken some time away from David Crosby and Graham Nash to record a new album with a new band. In stores and at digital retailers today is Can't Get Enough, the debut release from The Rides, which is rounded out by Electric Flag keyboardist Barry Goldberg and guitarist Kenny Wayne Shepherd. Produced by Jerry Harrison of the Talking Heads, the album contains a few originals as well as covers of songs written by Muddy Waters, Elmore James, Iggy Pop and Neil Young.

The idea for the group and album is based on the 1968 Super Session album that featured Stills on one side and the late Mike Bloomfield on the other with Al Kooper on keyboards. Goldberg also played on Super Session, but had never met Stills until this project came along. Stills says this line-up is "the blues band of my dreams.” The trio starts a run of 17 dates on Wednesday in New York through September 27th in Reno, Nevada.
