Vote for your favorite band!

Voting Period:
Beginning Saturday, July 3, 2010 the Station will post all eligible entries on its website and invite listeners to vote for their favorite band. Deadline to vote is 3:00 p.m. July 6, 2010. Voting will include all entries from PYX 106 and 99.5 The River.
By participating in the voting portion of this Contest, each voting participant agrees to be bound by these official Contest rules.

Voting is limited to one vote per ip address. If an entrant receives multiple and/or irregular votes or multiple votes from the same user or users, including but not limited to, votes generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro, other automated means or other source, the Station reserves the right to disqualify the finalist in its sole discretion.

At the conclusion of the voting period the top 10 vote getters from all entries from PYX 106 and 99.5 The River will be deemed the finalists and these bands will be submitted to the judging panel for final judging. Judges will pick one grand prize winner who will win the opportunity to be one of the opening acts for Bon Jovi at SPAC on July 11th. The winning band will play a 20 minute original set as one of the opening acts for Bon Jovi.

Decision of Judges are final and by participating in the contest you agree to adhere to the judge’s choice.
