Classic Rock fans know that Aerosmith and the Beatles have crossed paths before with Aerosmith’s 1978 cover of “Come Together.”

Now, the two groups will become intertwined once more, as the late John Lennon’s son, Julian, and Steven Tyler are set to release a duet entitled “Someday” this spring.

The Examiner reports that the song will be the first single off of Lennon’s latest album Everything Changes, which will closely follow the track’s April 8th release.

In an email announcing the song’s release, Lennon said that “Someday” is a reflection on the inspiration that 2012 brought him in the areas of his music, photography and philanthropy work.

Returning the favor, Julian can also be heard on Aerosmith’s 2012 release Music from Another Dimension, performing the backup vocals on “Love XXX.”
