If you thought the ladies of Heart and Jason Bonham made a good team during their tribute to Led Zeppelin at last year’s Kennedy Center Honors, you weren’t the only one.

Ann and Nancy Wilson recently announced via press release that Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Experience will be joining them on the road during their Heartbreaker Tour, which kicks off in June.

The Wilson sisters and the son of the late John Bonham were first introduced at the aforementioned Kennedy Center Honors ceremony in December of 2012, when played a truly unforgettable version of Led Zeppelin’s “Stairway to Heaven” that quite literally brought Robert Plant to tears.

Riding on the tails of such a successful performance, Heart and Bonham will close out all concerts on the tour with a thirty-minute tribute to Zeppelin.

In the official press release, singer Ann Wilson said of the tour, “Nancy and I and the rest of Heart are thrilled to be playing with Jason and his band this summer. Awesome rock ‘n’ roll music every night...miracles apt to happen any old time."

Jason Bonham added, "What a great night it was for us at the Kennedy Center awards, and now to be able to do it again on the road with Ann and Nancy is such an honor for me. I am really looking forward to taking my Led Zep Experience show out this summer with Heart and to join them in a Zep-a-thon closing the show as well. Just fantastic!”

Heart, who released their 14th studio album Fanatic in 2012, is set to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year.

Tickets for the upcoming Heartbreaker Tour will go on sale on March 23rd.
