Look at that picture. How good does that sandwich look? Does it make you hungry?
I used to think that only chefs or "sandwich artists" could make something that delicious. I was wrong. It's pretty amazing what you can learn when you have the right ingredients: three slices of bread, FRESH turkey, top of the line cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
One trip The Deli Warehouse is all it takes for me to get quality ingredients at a great price to create my masterpiece. This week you can pick up a pound of Cooked Ham for $3.99, Deli Turkey for $3.99, and top off that sandwich with lettuce .99 a head and tomato .99 a pound.
Stop by after work today, place your order, and be the guy everyone will be staring at in the lunch room tomorrow!
I realized this morning that my kids eat a better lunch than me. And they should because their growing and I want what's best for them... but is it wrong that I want something more for lunch than a sad sandwich made from processed meats and cheese partnered with a bag of chips?
After my first trip to The Deli Warehouse at 71 Fuller Road in Albany, I realized that my sad sandwich days ARE OVER. That's right. Nothing but freshly sliced for this guy at lunch! What a great deal, a pound of in store oven roasted Turkey - just $4.99! That's enough meat for me to pack into a week's worth of sandwiches! Plus, The Deli Warehouse has rye bread this week for $2.99 - oh boy, grab a loaf of that and head back to the meat counter for a pound of roast beef at $4.99 and NOW YOU'RE TALKING!
Thanks to The Deli Warehouse, I'm the guy in the break room at lunchtime that gets the stares of jealousy from the other guys who are staring at a sad little sandwich.
